Cutting Filets From A Whole Tenderloin
Start with a 5 pound tenderloin. This is a 4.92 Prime Peeled Extreme.

Use a large cutting board and a very sharp knife. Open the package.

Cut the tail off, about the lower 4 inches. Save for small steak bites. Cut 2 1/2-3” steaks.

Continue cutting steaks off the entire loin. They should weigh 6-8 ounces each.
