Dad’s Creamy & Cheesy Au Gratin Potatoes
Place sliced potatoes in three tight slanted rows

Add onion slices in between the rows and on top of the potatoes

Make your sauce: add butter over medium heat, whisk in a little flour and alternate with milk

Bring mixture to a simmer and add cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt & pepper

Stir well until sauce is creamy

Pour the sauce evenly over the potatoes & onions, cover and bake

Remove foil, add gruyere & parmesan and bake again
7
Remove from oven, sprinkle with parsley and enjoy!
