Part #1 -Ladder. Exercise 1 = Swings

Swings. Keep your back straight and chest open. Use the powerful hip drive for kettlebell to catch momentum. Extend the knees and hips fully on top

Part #1 -Ladder. Exercise 2 = Squats

Squats. Hold your weight on chest or in the front rack. Bring your bum all the way to the knees or below of you can. Drive up through the heel

Part #1 -Ladder. Exercise 3 = Push Press

Push press. Start with a shallow dip, then use a powerful leg drive in order to push the weight overhead. Make sure you extend your arms on the top

PART #2 - Buy Out. Exercise 1 = 50 Sumo Deadlift High Pull

Sumo Deadlift High Pull. Use the powerful leg drive in order to pull the weight up. Elbows will travel high while shoulders will remain down

PART #2 - Buy Out. Exercise 2 = 50 Plank Jacks
