Chest to Floor Burpee: make sure hips and chest touch the floor. Keep a wide stance

Ladder #2 - Exercise 1: Ballistic Rows

Ballistic Rows: hinge your hip and keep the back straight. Row the weight explosively, catching it at it's highest point

Ladder #2 - Exercise2:Thrusters

Thruster: keep the weight on your chest. Squat and on the way up punch the weight overhead ecplosively
