Dairy Free Chocolate Cake
Heat your oven to 350 and like the bottom of two 8-inch cake pans with parchment paper and rub sides with oil

Add sifted flour, sugar and sifted cocoa powder to a large bowl

Add baking powder, salt, and baking soda to cocoa mixture. Whisk until combined

Add in almond milk, eggs, avocado oil, and vanilla. Whisk until combined

Pour in 1 cup of boiling water ans whisk until well combined.

Divide the batter between the two prepared cake pans. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 35-40 minutes

Trim the top of one of the cakes and frost the top

Place the second cake top down onto the first cake. Frost entire cake and devour!
