Dairy-free Chocolate Brownies As Easy As 1-2-3
The only Chocolate Brownies you want for a chocolate treat that is easy and quick to make.
Place plain flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
Stir well until all is mixed.
Whisk sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla extract in a jug until the sugar dissolve.
Pour the eggs mixture into the flour mix. Using a handheld blender or a mixer, mix them two until you get a thick and rather sticky batter.
Add in 1 cup of your favourite chocolate chips. And stir well again.
Put the batter in a tray and scatter some extra chocolate chips on the top.
Bake at 4/ 350°F/ 180°C for 40-50 minutes or until the top looks firm but soft to touch.
