Dairy-Free Hot Chocolate
For this recipe, you'll need almond milk, dark chocolate, cocoa powder, and honey. (See post for recipe substitutions)
Add milk of choice to a pot and heat over medium-low.

Chop chocolate bar into small pieces.

Heat the milk until bubble start to form around the sides.

Add the chocolate and cocoa powder to the hot milk.

Whisk until the chocolate melts and mixture is smooth - about 1 minute.

Add the honey or sweetener of choice.

Pour the thick goodness into your favorite mug and enjoy!!
