Remove the stem and slice the jalapeños in half.

Remove the seeds and ribs with your hands. (Wear gloves)

In a bowl, combine the dairy-free cream cheese, garlic, green onions, salt and pepper.

Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the jalapeños and wrap with a slice of bacon.
