Dairy-Free, Peach, Basil, Ice Cream
Peaches, unsweetened coconut yogurt, maple syrup, fresh basil, almond extract

4 fresh peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced. 1 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt

1/2 teaspoon almond extract, 1/4 cup maple syrup and 2 large basil leaves.

Blend till smooth

Poor into metal pan, will conduct cold better than glass. Cover with parchment.freeze 4-6 hours.

Topping 1 C fresh or frozen raspberries. Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 Tbl maple syrup. Crush

Let thaw for 30 minutes on counter, until you can scoop out easily. Top with raspberries
