DAL RED LENTIL CURRY VEGAN
Heat a pan and add sunflower oil and onions

Stir well and fry unit golden brown

Add in garlic, curry, curcuma, salt and chili flakes and stir well

Add red lentils and mix them in the water

Add cardamom and cover with a lid. Simmer on low flame

After 15 minutes remove the lid and stir well

Add in the cherry tomatoes and Kashmiri red chili peppers and simmer for 5 minutes

Add some yogurt drops and make a circle with a chopstick. Then garnish with fresh coriander leaves

Place the Kashmiri red chili peppers and the tomatoes in the center of the dal
