Dalgona Whipped Matcha
You will need matcha powder (culinary grade), sugar, and an egg white or aquafaba.

Whip an egg white (or the aquafaba) until frothy and mostly stiff.

Add sugar and whip until stiff peaks form and it sticks to your whisk.

Sift in the matcha powder.

Continue whipping until incorporated.

Add ice and plant milk to a cup.

Top with the matcha floof and mix to drink!
