Place feet hip width and elongate the spine. Eyes closed and turn inward.

2-3 Cat/cow warm ups to create space in the spine, hips and shoulders.

Roll forward and rock back. Rock and roll! And Keep breathing.

Get funky with it. Add shoulders, roll wrists and head.

Keep it flowing, keep it going and most importantly keep breathing!

Find a neutral space and bring palms to heart center.
