500 Dandelion heads

Place in pot with 2 lemons sliced thin

Bring to a quick boil. Leave 24 hours to cool and infuse.

Strain reserving all the juices. Add 1.5 kg sugar

Boil on medium 30 mins. Then on low for 60 mins.

Pour into sterilized hot jars and enjoy.
