Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Cookies
Prepare your ingredients before you begin.

Combine flour, dark cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

In an electric mixer, cream together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar.

Add the egg and hazelnut extract.

Gradually add dry ingredients. Batter will be very thick.

Stir in dark chocolate chips and hazelnuts.

Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for at least an hour.

Roll 1 tablespoon of dough into a ball, place on a baking sheet and flatten slightly.

Bake 12-15 minutes.
