Mix together all the meatball ingredients

And form into meatballs

Brown on all sides then remove from pan

Brown potatoes, they don’t need to cook through

Saute onion and garlic

And add diced tomatoes

Then the stock, tomato paste and pomegranate molasses

Add the seasoning

And add the potatoes back in, cook for 15 min

Then add the meatballs and cook for another 10 min

Garnish with toasted nuts and parsley and enjoy
