12 Days of Cookies Day 12- Cookie Butter Truffles
Measure out cookie butter using a measure all cup to make transferring a breeze!

Add cookie butter to mixer.

Sift powdered sugar into mixing bowl with cookie butter.

Cream cookie butter and sugar together until thick but sticky enough to form a ball . If it’s too crumbly add more cookie butter, 1 tbsp at a time.

Scoop 1 inch chunks and roll into smooth balls with your palms. Place on a baking sheet with wax paper and put in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Use the guide on the inside of the silicone prep bowl to measure the white candy melts.

Microwave for 30 seconds and stir thoroughly. Return to microwave for 15 second intervals until fully melted.

Stir candy melts well to make sure you get out any remaining lumps.

Dip truffles in chocolate and place back on wax paper to dry.
