12 Days of Cookies Day 3- Easy Gingerbread
Preheat oven to 350 F.

Crumble cookie dough into batter bowl. Stir in flour, molasses, and spices til well blended.

It wasn’t coming together quite like I’d liked, so I kneaded it with my hands a bit.

Roll dough to 1/4” thickness and cut out shapes. The rolling cookie cutter would work really well.

Bake for 11-13 minutes, or until cookies are golden brown. Cool on sheet for 10 minutes.

Remove from cookie sheet and place on adjustable cooling rack to cool completely.

While cookies cool, prepare this Easy Royal Icing. You can color your icing if you’d like.

Decorate as you’d like- I need some piping practice. Remember it’s pampered, not perfect. 😉
