Before. Sanded and Cleaned
I painted the table by layering Dixie Belle fluff and Savannah mist.
I sanded the table with 320 grit to a smooth finish. And Wiped off any dust/residue.
I gathered my supplies- Tissue paper from Redesign with Prima, DixieBelle clear coat(satin),brush.
I applied 1 coat of clear coat & right after put the tissue paper. Once it was in place I sealed it.
It comes in 2 sheets. I measured the space left in corners and cut a trim from the second sheet.
I put the top coat first, then the tissue paper trim, pressed it and top coat again to seal it.
Once it dried, I did a 2nd coat of clear coat to seal it.
And here is a beautiful table with tissue paper decoupage. I used “flower market” tissue paper.
They can be cut, sanded, color washed, applied to any surface.
Thanks for watching.Xoxo Jo.
