Deep Covered Baker Lazy Lasagna
Crumble 1Lb. ground beef or turkey. Let brown 5-7 minutes.

Use mix n chop to break up browned ground meat.

Allow smaller pieces to brown through until no pink meat is left.

Mix n chop again- releases even more grease!

Drain and return to heat. Add salt and pepper, sear meat until desired reduction is met.

Recruit a child. Have them grate 16oz. of mozzarella...

... and 4oz. of parmesan cheese.

Mix 15oz. cottage cheese with grated parmesan and 2tsp. Italian seasoning.

Pour 1 cup marinara sauce into the bottom of your Baker.

Top sauce with 4 uncooked lasagna noodles. *I snap mine in half so they fit nicer.

Spread half of the meat on top of the noodles.

Place dollops of the cottage/parmesan cheese mix on top of meat. Carefully spread.

Next, layer 1/3 of the shredded mozzarella.

3 more noodles (because 4 more won't fit!)...

Pop the lid on and put in your preheated 350°oven for 35 minutes. Take the lid off bake another 10.

Let rest another 5-10 minutes.
