Roll bread thin but not “too thin”

Scoop ice- cream and place it in the middle of 1 slice of bread

Cover with the other bread , press lightly and use cutter to get a circular shape

Place in freezer for 30 mins

After 30mins, place ice cream in egg

Until golden brown(1-2 mins on each side )

Sprinkle with powdered sugar ( optional)

*Note-The longer you freeze the ice-cream it will stay more solid while frying.
