Chop Parsley & mint very fine

Add garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper & lemon juice

Add chickpeas & onion and blend shortly
3
Mix this mixture with flour & baking soda

Chill in fridge for 1 hour & bake in oven 190C / 375 F for approx. 20min.
Serve separately with refreshing salads
