Delightful Roasted Potatoes
Cut 4 red or gold potatoes into small pieces, I chose slices.

Cutting Potatoes

Still cutting potatoes ..

I cut them all in half for smaller pieces, for the children

Toss potatoes in a bowl

Make the seasoning mix: start with 3T Olive oil

Add 1 T Sea Salt.

Add 1t Garlic Powder and 1t Onion Powder

Add 1 t dried Parsley and 1/4t rosemary.

Pour over potatoes

Mix thoroughly. I put the lid on and shook for 2 minutes.

Spread over a cookie sheet. Parchmeny paper for soft potatoes, bare metal for cripsy.

Bake for 30 minutes at 400*F.

Broil on high for 3-5 minutes to crisp, keep an eye on them
