Dhaba Style Chana Daal
Fry 2 small size onions till golden brown

Add sliced garlic and green chillies

Add 2 chopped tomatoes and saute

Add salt,red chili powder,turmeric and cumin powder

When masala is done tomatoes are soft add 2cups boiled chana daal and let it simmer on low flame

After 5 minutes garnish with julian ginger and chopped coriander.
