Dill Leaves Paddu |Sabsige Soppina Paddu
In a bowl, take dosa batter as per your requirement, add chopped onions & green chilies

Add 1/3 Cup Unroasted Chiroti Rava/Fine Semolina

Chopped Coriander

Chopped Dill Leaves

You can add a dash of water if the batter is very thick. Rest for 10-15 minutes

Grease a Paddu Pan with some oil

Once hot enough, pour a tablespoon of batter into each of the holes

Add a few drops of oil onto the sides, cover with a lid & cook on low-medium heat for 2 minutes

Take out the lid & flip the Paddus using a wooden skewer. Cover again & cook for a minute

Take the Paddus out of the pan using the wooden Skewer

Serve Hot With Peanut Chutney or any other chutney of your choice
