The seasoning is key: 1 tbs paprika, 1 tbs garlic powder, 1 tbs onion powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper. No oil needed.

Coat the chicken all over in the dry rub, then lay on baking sheet (parchment helps with clean up later).

Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Flip once, 10 minutes before done. Check internal temp to ensure they are 165 degrees.
