Base paint your tumbler red w/one blue square for the stars, then add one layer of resin.

Print your image on plain white printer paper. Trim the paper and tear into thin strips to burn.

Burn the edges of your paper. Best to do this outdoors with some water handy just in case.

Cut your stars out on vinyl. I’m using cream Cricut brand.

Trim your vinyl right along the edges of the cuts.

Add transfer tape.

Burnish your tape and remove the paper backing then apply to tumbler.

Weed the extra vinyl leaving only the stars.

You don’t have to weed this way, it’s just easier when you have small cuts.

Paint black acrylic paint around the tumbler and smear it to create a distressed look. Let dry.

Next coat your tumbler with a thin layer of QC. This will help smudge the paint areas.

Now to add your paper. Apply QC to your tumbler then press the paper down.

Once adhered go over the entire piece with a thin coat of QC.

Repeat step 12 and 13 adding any additional pieces.

Go over the entire tumbler with a thin layer, making sure all the edges are pressed down and covered

After your QC is dry add a layer of Artist Resin.

If any areas aren’t covered with the last layer, lightly sand then add a final coat and enjoy!
