DIY Chicken Nest Box
What you'll need
Jigsaw
Screws and screwdriver
Scrap wood
Cheap Dollar Tree plastic bins
Add a 2x4 to support the nesting boxes.
1
I decided to use this scrap wood as a shelf. I marked where the 2x4s on the wall meet the shelf.
2
Use a jigsaw to cut out the area where the 2x4s are on the wall. This allows you to slide the shelf back.
3
Screw the shelf in.
4
Add cheap plastic bins, hay or straw, and another piece of scrap wood to keep the bins from shifting.
