DIY chicken stock powder
Gather your ingredients

Roughly chop the carrots, celery and onions.

Crush the garlic.

Add the olive oil to your food processor or Magimix Cook Expert.

Add the onions and garlic.

Add the chicken and all other ingredients except the salt.

Process until you have a paste.

Some stuff won’t be completely blitzed.

Transfer to a pot or start cooking in your Magimix.

After 15 minutes, add the salt.

Increase the speed.

After 1/2 hour it should be cooked. Blitz it again to make it smooth.

Transfer to a food dehydrator. Or lined oven trays. Spread it out so it will dry out more quickly.

Dehydrate at 68 degrees Celsius for 12-18 hours. Or as low as your oven will go.

Every couple of hours mix it with a fork to help the process.

Until completely dry and powdery.

Transfer to your food processor or Magimix cook expert to blitz again until you have a powder.

Use 2tsps to one cup of water
