3/4” Copper Couplings

3/4” Copper Pipe
Silicone Caulk
Hot Glue
Fondant Tools
Buy
Quikrete
Steel Wool
Melamine
Set table saw as long as two, 3/4” couplings. Use that size to cut the melamine

Draw a line 3” from the top, space couplings evenly. Put hot glue in the couplings

Place the cut pieces around the edge of board, hot glue to the outside to secure, no screws needed!

Place a bead of caulk inside, press in using fondant tool. Once it’s cured rub away the excess!

Place short pieces of pipe into coupling, place another over. Use quikrete to fill mold to the edge

Let cure for 48 hrs. Break away from mold using knife. Use a screw driver and mallet for couplings

Cut pipe to length, clean with steel wool. Push into hole, use a mallet if needed
