DIY Customized Water Bottle With Free SVG
Gather materials: a 32 oz. water bottle, a 6” x 6” square of adhesive vinyl, & some painter’s tape or transfer tape.
1
Download the free “Feeling prickly” SVG file from Create To Donate. Load it into your machine’s design studio.
2
Use your Silhouette or Cricut to cut out the SVG design. Remember: Adhesive vinyl is placed face UP on the cutting mat.
3
Weed your design.
4
Realize (and accept) this vinyl cut was a bust & try a different piece.
5
Weed the second design & celebrate your success. This looks much cooler than plain white so it’s a happy accident!
6
Prepare your design for transfer using the painter’s tape.
7
Carefully remove the design from the backing paper.
8
Clean the empty surface of the water bottle with a mild cleaning solution to remove any residue or fingerprints. Let it dry completely.
9
Hover design over bottle to gauge placement. Set it onto bottle starting from center. Press down firmly across design then peel tape slowly.
10
Leave it be overnight then fill it with water & start hydrating.
11
If health & wellness a priority this year why not make a diffuser bracelet & integrate essential oils into your daily routine?
