Mix 1 part water to 1 part milk paint and mix with a whisk.

Add 1 part bonding agent to 1 part of the mixed milk paint.

Mix thoroughly.

Protect your workspace, and clean your pumpkin by soaking it in a bleach bath.

Paint the first coat of milk paint, then let it dry.

Mix the milk paint to break up any clumps. Apply a second coat of milk paint, then let it dry.

Apply a third coat of milk paint, then let it dry.

Apply a fourth coat of milk paint, then let it dry overnight.

Apply the white wax over the entire pumpkin with a wax brush.

Buff off the excess wax with a clean cloth.

(Optional) add gold paint to the stem of the pumpkin.
