DIY Summer Grazing Platter
Start with a platter and some small bowls.

Add condiments such as olives, nuts, and jams/jellies to have a blend of sweet and savoury.

Next, add your cheese. Here, I have Brie, cranberry goat cheese, Boursin cheese, and cubed cheddar.

Our next layer is the carbs. I purchased a box of assorted cheese crackers and cheese twists.

Let’s fill the gaps with nuts, dried fruit, dates and fresh fruit.
