Start in table and move throw cat and cow pose by undulating spine
Thread the needle by reaching arm up to sky and softly thread through. Bring same cheek down. Repeat
Extend opposite arm and opposite leg and curl inwards to warm up core
Move through downdog and updog to warm up body
