Double Chocolate Muffins

Whisk all of the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

Toss 1/2 cup of chocolate chips in the flour mixture.

In a separate bowl, add all of the wet ingredients.

Whisk until well combined.

Fold the wet ingredients into the flour mixture. Mix until combined; let batter rest 15 minutes.

Evenly distribute the batter in a lined muffin tin and top with the reserved chips.

Bake for 20 min. When done a toothpick inserted into a muffin will come out dry with a few crumbs.
