Duncan Hines Strawberry Shortcake In Mini Mason Jars
A fresh and light Strawberry Shortcake that will brighten up your Spring dessert table! Duncan Hines helps this come together in a snap.
Mix Duncan Hines French Vanilla cake mix, eggs, oil, water, and cheesecake pudding mix.
1
Bake in your choice of cake pan. I used 2 quarter sheet pans at 350f for 18 min.
2
Add lemon zest to chopped fresh strawberries. Stir in some sugar and let rest until needed.
3
Whisk cream cheese until smooth, slowly add heavy cream. Whisk thoroughly between additions to prevent lumps.
4
Add powdered sugar and refrigerate until needed. Using a piping bag works great!
5
Place cake in a mason jar or serving bowl, add strawberries, then whipped cream filling. Repeat to layer if desired. Top with strawberry & mint leaf.
6
So bright and fresh! Visit Duncan Hines in the baking aisle and online!
