Place your 10 inch Cast Iron Skillet into oven and preheat to 425 degrees

Whisk together - 1/2 cup milk, 1 tbsp of sugar, pinch of salt, and 3 eggs

Whisk in 1 tsp of vanilla extract and 1/2 cup of flour.

Once oven has reached 425, remove skillet from oven and add in 3 tbsp of butter. Swirl to melt.

Pour batter into skillet, return 2 oven. Bake for 15 mins. While this baking,lets make whipped cream

Add 1 cup of heavy cream, 2 tbsp of powdered sugar and 1 tsp of vanilla to whipped cream maker

Replace and lock the lid on whipped cream maker. Pump for 30 -45 seconds

Or until your desired whipped consistency!

Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 5 more minutes

Remove dutch baby from oven.

Serve dutch baby with fresh whipped cream, your choice of fresh fruit and top with powdered sugar
