Preheat your oven. Heat the oil in an oven-safe Dutch oven pot.
Add your beef stew meat to the Dutch oven. Brown the meat until brown on the outside but raw on the inside.
Stir in the remainder of your ingredients.
Bring to a boil. Cover and braise (bake) for 90 minutes.
