Add flour, sugar, salt, yeast, fresh rosemary, Parmesan cheese and water and mix well.
On a floured surface knead dough 3-5 minutes.
Place dough in bowl drizzle with olive oil. Cover and let rest 1-2 hours
Place on parchment paper brush with olive oil, sprinkle with rosemary and Parmesan.
Bake at 450 covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 8-10 minutes
Remove and cool on a rack for 30 minutes.
