Dutch Oven Cheeseburger Soup
In Dutch oven with a splash of EVOO, add 1lb lean ground beef and diced sweet onion and 2 sliced medium πŸ₯• and cook until browned.

Once browned drain meat mixture and return to Dutch oven

Using a garlic press press 2 cloves of πŸ§„ (garlic) and stir, cook for 1 min

Add 4 cups diced russet πŸ₯” , 32 Oz beef stock, 1 TBS steak season, 1 tsp thyme, 1 TBS Worcestershire and heat until boiling and cook for 15 min

Melt 1/4 cup butter

Add 1/4 flour and whisk until thick

Add 1 tsp dry mustard, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper and whisk

Slowly pour 2 cups of milk in and whisk until thick. Let cook for 5 min, slightly bubbling.

Add in 2 cups of cheddar, whisk until melted, remove from heat and keep warm.

Stir in cheese mix, 1/2 cup diced dill pickles, 1 TBS fresh chives and stir.

Serve with pickles and fresh chives
