Tie legs together with twine and brush chicken with olive oil.

Coat chicken with 1/4 teaspoon paprika and 1 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

Add potatoes to Dutch oven

Place chicken on top of potatoes.

Bake covered for 45 minutes.

Remove lid and bake until skin is browned and chicken reaches 165°F. About 15 to 20 minutes.
