Dutch Oven Pot Roast
Get your ingredients ready!

Sear chuck roast for 1-2 minutes per side

Cook onions for 3 minutes, then add garlic

Add red wine, beef stock, carrots, thyme, rosemary, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and the beef

Roast for 3 hours until tender, let rest 10 minutes

Shred with two forks
