Easiest No Knead Fluffy Brioche
Ingredients you need

Combine the water, yeast, salt and honey together

Add the eggs and melted butter

Mix well to combine

Add the flour at once and mix until combined

Mix until no flour remains

It’ll be sticky! Cover loosely and let it rise for 2 hours

After 2 hour rest, stick it in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight before using

When ready to bake, remove a 1.5 lb chunk of dough (680g)

Scoop the dough over and around to form a ball

Then divide into three balls

Roll each dough ball into a 12inch rope

Pinch the ends of dough together

Place dough braid in lightly greased loaf pan and leave to rise another 90 min

Then after second rise brush with egg wash and bake 40-45 min at 350F (180C)

Until golden brown and baked through
