Easter Boneless Prime Rib
Pat your boneless prime rib dry, and generously season with sea salt and black pepper
Place your roast fat-side up on a roasting rack. Put in the oven at 450 for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 325 for 1 hour and 40 minutes
Once time is up, remove beef to a cutting board and tent with foil. Allow to rest for 15 minutes, and carve against the grain
Slice prime rib, serve and enjoy!
