Easy Ahi Tuna Bites w/ Chipotle Aioli
Start with your ahi tuna filet; sprinkle blackening seasoning on both sides.
Chop your tuna into cubes, set aside. In a bowl mix garlic mayo or plain mayo with chipotles.
Heat your pan on medium heat, add some avocado oil & toss your blackened tuna in!
For medium rare tuna; cook in pan while stirring for about 3 minutes! For well done- 5 min!
Squeeze some fresh lime on top, drizzle with chipotle aioli & top with chives! Yum!
