Easy Air Fryer Breakfast Burritos
Fry bacon in a skillet until crispy then remove to a paper towel lined plate.

Remove all but 1 Tablespoon of grease and add 1 small chopped onion.

Meanwhile, whisk together 12 eggs, 1/3 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt and smoked paprika.

Add egg mixture to 2 tablespoons butter over medium low heat. Stir often.

Keep the eggs moving until set. Remove from heat.

Gather your fillings: eggs, bacon, cheese, onions, avocado, and tomato and fill the burritos.

Fold your burrito by folding in the top and bottom then rolling it over the fillings.

Air Fry at 390 degrees for 5 minutes, then flip and fry another 3-4 minutes.

Remove when burritos are golden brown and crispy.

Serve with sour cream, salsa, or homemade lemon basil aioli.
