EASY: Almond Butter Chia Cookies
What you'll need
1 cup
Almond butter
1/2cup
Coconut Sugar Or Sugar Of Choice
1 tsp
Vanilla Extract
2
Eggs
1/2 tsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
Baking Soda
4 tbsp
Chia Seeds
1/3 cup
Chocolate Chips
In a food processor: add sugar, eggs, vanilla, & almond butter

Mix together till combined & creamy

Next: add baking soda, chips, salt, and chia seeds

Using your scoop, place the batter on a lined pan

Scoops about 10 cookies with 1/4 cup scoop

In the oven they go

Set timer for 10 minutes! They won’t need long

Take out and cool!

Allow cookies to cool on sheet for a couples mins so they will release from the pan
