Easy & Delicious Apple Crisp
Peel, core & slice apples and place in large bowl. Add spices

Sugar, lemon juice and zest

And toss well to combine

Empty out into a buttered/greased baking dish

Prep topping: add flour to food processor (can also use pastry blender to do this by hand)

Oats, sugars and spices and pulse 1-2 times to combine

Add cold butter and pulse until crumbly

Butter should be pea sized - do not over process

Sprinkle over topping evenly and press it down gently then bake

Until topping is golden, apples are tender and filling is bubbling

Its perfect warm with a scoop of ice cream and a drizzle of salted caramel sauce
