Easy And Healthy Italian Zucchini Pasta
Brown a pound each of ground turkey & pork .

Spiralize two extra large zucchini.

Season drained meat with parsley, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.

Chop green onions, red bell pepper, sundried tomatoes & fresh oregano/basil. Mince 4 garlic cloves.

Mix nonfat Greek yogurt with tomato sauce.

Heat Stainless Steel Nonstick Skillet with a tablespoon of grape seed oil.

Sautee red bell pepper and garlic.

Add zucchini noodles and 1/2 cup of chicken broth.

A few quick cuts with the Salad Choppers.

Add 1 cup of high fiber thin spaghetti (optional)

Add half of the meat mixture. Saving the other half for another dish.

Mix in sundried tomatoes and green onion.

Add fresh spinach.

After spinach starts to wilt, add yogurt and tomato sauce mixture.

Once coated with sauce top with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately. Yummy !
