Blend cereal, dates, coconut oil, and salt

Press half into a lined pan

Dice apples. Toss with coconut sugar, water, cinnamon, lemon juice, and arrowroot

Cook 8-10 minutes until soft and caramelized. Spread on top of the crust.

Top with remaining crumble and bake for 25 minutes at 350F
