Easy Apricot Nectar Cake
In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine a lemon cake mix, small box of lemon jello, oil, apricot nectar, and eggs.

Mix on low speed until batter starts to come together.

Then mix at high speed for a couple of minutes.

Pour batter into a well-greased bundt pan.

Bake at 325F for 40-45 minutes.

Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then invert onto a plate.

Prepare glaze by whisking powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth.

Let it cool/dry until the glaze is smooth and satiny.
